With a decade of HR experience, including administration and Organizational Development (OD), in the IT, Shipping, and Maritime Logistics industries, I am dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture and employee growth through effective communication, training programs, and mentorship, all aligned with organizational goals. Currently serving as Manager, HR & OD at Interport Group, my key competencies include HR strategy development, policy development, talent acquisition, legal documentation, employee engagement, negotiation, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and company formation. I specialize in building bridges for communication between management and employees, as well as organizational development, training, succession planning, change management, conflict resolution, and HR analytics. Additionally, I have experience in managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
